gout condition

showed no progress with obstruction in left kidney

findings

showed split renal function with left 63% and right 37% of function

03/04/2002 – Dr. Schutz of Somers Point Urology
Associates referred patient to Dr. Bagley of Jefferson Hospital Urology
to discuss an endopyelotomy

04/09/2002 – Dr. Bagley asked for a CT angiogram
to check for crossing vessels at the UPJ and referred patient to Dr. Strup
of Jefferson Hospital Urology to discuss a pyeloplasty.

04/16/2002 – CT Angiogram at Shore Memorial
shows left posterior branch of the renal artery crosses behind the left
renal pelvis.

05/13/2002 - Dr. Strup schedules laprascopic
pyeloplasty for July 11 (later rescheduled for July 16) at Jefferson Hospital.

07/16/2002 - Dr. Strup performs laprascopic
pyeloplasty at Jefferson Hospital.

08/19/2002 - Renal ultrasound and KuB X-RAY
at Shore Memorial Hospital.

08/26/2002 - Dr. Strup removes the stent and
gives a green light for me to resume activities.
